Different industries foul air and water in different ways. These are the treatment trains we quote most often — each adjustable to your analysis and local discharge standards.

Electroplating & Surface Finishing
Air: PP scrubber towers on rim exhaust for acid and alkali mist. Water: pH correction and dosing skids feeding your precipitation line, with PP tanks that shrug off chlorides.
Chemical & Pharmaceutical
Air: absorption towers matched to reactor vent balances, carbon polishing for solvent traces. Water: neutralization and dosing packages ahead of biological or evaporation steps.
Food, Beverage & Slaughterhouse
Air: UV photolysis plus carbon for cooking odor. Water: DAF for fats and solids, then a packaged A/O plant sized to your daily discharge — the classic FOG-heavy combination.
Printing, Coating & Furniture
Air: dry filtration for overspray, then UV photolysis and activated carbon for the VOC fraction — staged so carbon life stretches from weeks to months.
Textile & Dyeing
Water: DAF with coagulant dosing knocks out color and fiber, packaged biological treatment finishes COD. Air: scrubbers on singeing and finishing exhaust where needed.
Rural & Municipal Sewage
Water: buried packaged plants for villages, resorts, service areas and camps — quiet, covered, and sized 1–200 m³/day. Air: compact odor scrubbers on headworks and sludge rooms.
