Stainless & Steel Fabrication
DAF vessels, UV housings and packaged-plant tanks are welded in SS304 or coated carbon steel, with automated seam welding on rotated shells and dye-penetrant checks on water-holding welds.
PP Fabrication from Our Own Sheet
Scrubber towers, duct and dosing tanks start on our three PP extrusion lines and are CNC-cut and welded meters away. Same-resin sheet, rod and fittings give seams that outlast the process they serve.
Assembly & Wet Testing
Units are assembled complete — pumps, blowers, lamps, media — then run with water on the test pad: leak checks, flow balancing, scraper and dosing trials. Faults surface here, not at your site.
Controls & Commissioning Support
Panels are built and simulated in-house — PLC, HMI, pH/ORP loops, lamp and blower interlocks — and every shipment leaves with wiring diagrams, IO lists and remote commissioning guidance in English.
