Spray Scrubber Towers
Corrosion-proof PP packed towers absorb acid and alkali fumes, ammonia and soluble odors. Multi-stage designs with caustic or hypochlorite dosing reach strict stack limits, and every tower is water-tested before shipping.

UV Photolysis & Photocatalytic Units
High-output UV-C lamps crack VOC molecules and generate ozone that oxidizes odor compounds in-duct — no chemical consumption, near-zero pressure drop, and instant on/off with your process. The right first stage for paint, printing and food-processing exhaust.

Activated Carbon Adsorption Systems
Drawer-type and fixed-bed adsorbers loaded with pelletized carbon capture the VOC fraction that survives upstream stages. Differential-pressure ports tell you exactly when to change carbon, and drawers slide out for a change-over measured in minutes.

Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) Units
Micro-bubbles float oils, grease and suspended solids to the surface where a chain scraper skims them off — the standard pre-treatment for food, slaughterhouse, textile and car-wash wastewater. Ours ship as complete skids: saturation pump, dosing points, scraper and controls.

Packaged Wastewater Treatment Plants
A complete A/O or MBR process sealed inside one buried or skid-mounted tank: anoxic and aeration zones, clarifier or membrane rack, blowers and controls. Sized for workshops, camps, resorts and villages that need discharge-grade water without building a treatment plant.

Dosing Systems & PP Tanks
PAM, PAC, caustic and hypochlorite dosing skids built around our own PP tanks — with agitators, metering pumps, calibration columns and pH/ORP control. Because we extrude and weld the tanks ourselves, odd volumes and footprints are never a problem.
